I’m not a therapist. I’m not a life coach.
I’m just someone who cares about building a good life and realized that mental health affects everything.

For a long time, I thought a glow up meant productivity hacks, better routines, or looking put together.
But a real glow up is internal.
It’s learning how to:

• handle stress without shutting down
• build discipline without hating yourself

• and actually feel steady

It’s not about pretending you’ve healed everything.

It’s about getting your mind right so the rest of your life feels less chaotic.
